Simha Kriya
In light of the COVID 19 pandemic Sadhguru has given us a 2-minute breathing practice called Simha Kriya to increase lung capacity and immunity. ‘Simha’ means lion and ‘Kriya’ is an inner energy practice. This subtle practice, to be done before eating, can be performed by anyone. Sadhguru recommends it to be done 2 or 3 times a day.
Special instructions apply for those not in the 6-70 years of age bracket, with brain issues or who have had surgery. Full conditions can be found here:
