Terms and Conditions
The following applies to all bookings:
Booking Confirmation. The registration process must be fully completed and full payment received by Satya Hatha Yoga prior to the commencement of any service provided by Satya Hatha Yoga. Fees are payable by methods outlined by Sathya Hatha Yoga. A booking is confirmed upon payment and registration from the Client. Receipt of the emailed terms will be deemed to be your acceptance of these terms. Due to the limited availability of Satya Hatha Yoga programmes, Satya Hatha Yoga reserves the right to refuse service to anyone without giving reason. Alternative payment arrangements for Client’s fees may be made only at the discretion of Satya Hatha Yoga. Satya Hatha Yoga reserves the right to terminate their provided service in any of the following cases: a) The Client is deemed to be in breach of these terms & conditions. b) The Client's conduct is deemed to be unprofessional, inappropriate or disruptive. c) The Client's conduct is deemed to impact Satya Hatha Yoga or any Satya Hatha Yoga teacher’s reputation in a negative way. d) The Client's conduct is deemed to impact another client in a negative way. In the unlikely event of a termination of an agreed term by Satya Hatha Yoga it will be subject to the entire fee. All refunds are subject to the discretion of Satya Hatha Yoga. Upon termination, an invoice will be created for any remainder of the fee outstanding to be settled within thirty days.
Deposits. Satya Hatha Yoga reserves the right to request payment of any deposit at any time prior to the commencement of the event, the amount to be determined by Satya Hatha Yoga. Failure to pay the requested deposit within three days of the request will result in the relsease of the booking. Deposits are non-refundable, and only transferrable at the discretion of Sathya Hatha Yoga.
Payment. Payments are to be made by cash, bank transfer or credit/debit card (we do not accept American Express). We reserve the right to charge interest on all invoices outstanding past the due date. All accounts on which a query is not raised within seven days of presentation shall be deemed to have been approved as presented.
Cancellations. If the Client is for any reason unable to attend a pre-booked session they must notify Sathya Hatha Yoga as soon as possible. Any pre-booked sessions cancelled (with confirmed consent of Sathya Hatha Yoga) at least 10 working days prior to the session starting will be fully refunded, minus the admin free. Cancellations made from 10 days to 72 hours prior the first session will be liable for a 25% cancellation fee (based on the rate charged too the Client) or minimum £25 fee. Refunds cannot be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the first session starting, non-attendance on the day or any days within the course. All courses must be attended in full. In certain circumstances, the Client may be able to transfer payment to an alternative session, subject to availability, at the discretion of Sathya Hatha Yoga, and with a £20 admin fee payable. In the unlikely event that Satya Hatha Yoga has to cancel a booking, the Client will be refunded any pre-payment; Satya Hatha Yoga will not have any other liability. Satya Hatha Yoga may only cancel under the following circumstances: a) If an event date is changed or location is moved from what’s is advertised, in which case the Client’s payment will remain valid if they wish to attend the rescheduled event. If not, a full refund will be issued. b) If either party becomes insolvent, or in case of an individual, become subject to bankruptcy petition. c) The booking, the persons associated with the booking and/or the purpose of the event might damage the reputation of Satya Hatha Yoga.
