In Sanskrit, 'Ha' refers to the Sun and 'Tha' refers to the moon, which because of the heat, light and gravity they generate are the two most influential forces on life developing on earth. Classical Yoga taps into the knowledge of how to align with nature to allow our full potential to emerge, and for us to truly transform and evolve. It's something that has survived and been meticulously preserved for eons but has seen considerable changes since becoming popular outside the Indian sub-continent.
